City of Leeds & Leeds Water Works Present Donations at Rails and Ales Fundraiser

Many people came out for the Rails and Ales Fundraiser for the family of fallen Moody Police Officer, Lt. Stephen Williams.  During the evening, Mayor David Miller and Bill Morris made presentations.  Mayor presented a check for $2,000 on behalf of the City of Leeds.  Bill Morris presented a check for $2,000 on behalf of Leeds Water Works.  The City of Leeds appreciates the work that Rails and Ales have done to raise funds and appreciates everyone who came out to support this cause.  All monies raised tonight will go to the family of Lt. Williams.  The City of Leeds and the City of Moody have a great relationship and both police departments work together for the greater good of our communities.  Our prayers continue for the family of Lt. Williams, the City of Moody and the Moody Police Department.
