The City of Leeds would like to encourage you to participate in a Clean Water Awareness Survey.  This survey can give you an idea of how much knowledge you have about clean water awareness and how well the Jefferson County Commission is doing in their education efforts regarding stormwater management and clean water awareness.

Everyone is asked to participate in order to obtain information for the current fiscal year.  As in prior years, the survey results will be available after the survey concludes on September 30, 2022.  Even if you completed a survey in 2021, we would still like to have your 2022 input since people’s knowledge, exposure to information and behaviors can (and usually do!) change from year to year.
