Mayor David Miller presented Leeds High School Band Director, Chip Wise, with a City of Leeds Proclamation of Recognition this week at the Council Meeting in congratulations to Wise and entire LHS Band for their outstanding performance.  Wise spoke a few words after the presentation including information about their Spring Band Concert scheduled for May 4.
