Leeds Senior Center Update
Angels, Gnomes and Sand Dollars! Oh, my! What beautiful Christmas decorations made with our very own hands; and a hot glue gun, fabric and pine cones. We continue our Christmas preparations this week with a special event on Thursday. Everyone is asked to contribute baked goods for our Christmas Goody Trays. We will be sharing these goodies with some special groups in our community.
There is a change in our Wednesday schedule. This coming Wednesday, immediately following lunch, we are adding line dancing to our schedule. It’s going to be fun!
It’s the perfect season to come and check out what is happening at the Center. We hope to see you this week!
Our schedule for the week of December 13
Monday, December 13 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
- Bible Study (12:15) – The Gospel of John
Tuesday, December 14 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
- Let the games continue
Wednesday, December 15 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
- Line Dancing – immediately following lunch
Thursday, December 9 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- Christmas Goody Trays
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
