Leeds Senior Center Update

A huge and special “thank you” to Jeff Kirbow, and the Leeds First Graders. They presented such a fun program for our Christmas Party this past Thursday. What a talented group, with great voices!

We are preparing for the Christmas holiday. This week, we have an abbreviated schedule, concluding with a fun Wednesday of exercise, food, and Christmas carols. It is going to be a great week at the Leeds Senior Center!

If you haven’t made it to the Senior Center in 2023, then put it on your “to-do” list for 2024. This Wednesday will be our last day, but we will reopen on January 3 ready to go!!

Here’s our schedule for the week of December 18 – December 20

Monday, December 18 – Open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
• Bible Study – 12:15 (We are studying II Timothy)

Tuesday, December 19 – open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

• Games
• We will be packing some goody trays to share
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
• Games continue

Wednesday, December 20 – open from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
• Caroling and Games

SPECIAL NOTE: The Senior Center will be closed from December 21 through January 2. We will reopen on Wednesday, January 3, with our regular schedule. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
