Leeds Senior Center Update
It’s a short week, but lots is happening. The Senior Center has enjoyed a happy and healthy 2022. We wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season. We will start the New Year at the City Hall Annex, but we won’t be too much longer before we will return to our “home” spot.
Here’s our schedule for the remainder of 2022 – CITY HALL ANNEX
Monday, December 19 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX
- Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
- Bible Study (12:15) – The Season of Advent
Tuesday, December 20 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX
- Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
- We will be putting together “goody” trays for some special folks
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
- Following lunch, we continue our regular game playing
Wednesday, December 21 – Senior Center Christmas Party – CITY HALL ANNEX
- The doors open at 11:00 a.m.
- Lunch (11:30) – bring an appetizer or dessert to share (RSVP required)
The Senior Center will be closed Thursday, December 22 and will reopen (regular schedule) on Tuesday, January 3. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!

It began with a parade and then there was line dancing. There was the day when we baked and packaged Christmas trays for our City friends. Then, there was a grand finale - lunch and Merry Christmas wishes.
