Leeds Senior Center Update

Happy Valentine’s Day! We will follow our regular Monday schedule but count on just a little something extra to celebrate the day.

Also, we are excited to see our very own Karen Carroll in Steel Magnolias. We will go as a group on Thursday to enjoy the play, and cheer for her performance as Ouiser.

Please remember that an RSVP is required for art and lunch on Thursdays, and for our birthday celebration lunch on February 24.

We hope to see you this week at the Senior Center.

Here’s our schedule for the week of February 14, 2022

Monday, February 14 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Bible Study (12:15) – The Gospel of John

 Tuesday, February 15 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• *Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Let the games continue

Wednesday, February 16 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person

• Line Dancing – 12:30 (we get better every time we’re together)

Thursday, February 17 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm

• Art Day
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• RSVP is required for art AND lunch on Thursdays – 205.699.0910
• Meet at the Center at 6:00 pm – we will carpool to the theater for Steel Magnolias (RSVP required)

NOTE: Planning ahead – the Senior Center will be closed on Monday, February 22, in observance of President’s Day
