Leeds Senior Center Update
Who knew the month of June could be this hot? Thankfully, the Senior Center remains cool and comfortable. This week is primary election run-off (June 21). So, we will move our games and lunch to the opposite end of the Civic Center. We’ve done it before, and it worked perfectly. Also, we have a guest from Complete Health to sponsor our BINGO game.
Our June birthday luncheon celebration is on Thursday. Please remember that an RSVP is required. You don’t want to miss it!

Here’s our schedule for the week of June 20 – June 24, 2022
Monday, June 20 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
- Bible Study (12:15) – The Gospel of John
Tuesday, June 21 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- It’s primary election run-off day, so Seniors will meet at the other end of the building
- Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
- Let the games continue
Wednesday, June 22 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm
- Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
- Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
- Line Dancing – 12:30 (a fun time is had by all)
Thursday, June 23 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm Birthday Celebration Lunch
- Lunch (11:30) – We celebrate June Birthdays - RSVP is required

These pictures are from our trip this week to the Botanical Gardens. We have a great lunch and even though it was warm, we managed a short stroll outside!
