Leeds Senior Center Update

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! For the next few weeks, the Senior Center will be conducting fun at the City Hall Annex, 1412 9^th Street. We are all set up in this temporary location and ready to go on Tuesday, September 6. It’s important to pay attention to the weekly schedule to be aware of information regarding our relocation.

Relocating will not affect the great times we have at the Senior Center. So please do not let this keep you from joining us. Watch our website, and keep this phone number handy, 205.699.0910, for questions and updates.

Here’s our schedule for the week of September 5 – September 9, 2022 – CITY HALL ANNEX

Monday, September 5 – CLOSED FOR LABOR DAY HOLIDAY

• HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY HOLIDAY

Tuesday, September 6 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

• Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Following lunch, we continue our regular game playing

Wednesday, September 7 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person

• Line Dancing – 12:30

Thursday, September 8 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

• RSVP IS REQUIRED ON THURSDAYS
• Arts/crafts project for Fall – 10:00 During September we are working on Fall craft projects. The cost is $10 per person to help cover supply cost
• Games – 10:00
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Art and games continue after lunch
