Leeds Senior Center Update

We are beginning Week #2 in our new, temporary location. So far, so good. For this week, we will be at the City Hall Annex (1412 9^th Street) on MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. ON THURSDAY, we will follow our regular Thursday schedule but will be at Bold Springs Presbyterian Church (7544 Cahaba Valley Road).

Also, if you plan to join us for lunch an RSVP is a must due to our temporary relocation. Please call at least 24 hours in advance. Relocating is not affecting the great times we have at the Senior Center. So please do not let this keep you from joining us. Here’s our schedule for the week of September 12 – September 16, 2022 – CITY HALL ANNEX AND BOLD SPRINGS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Monday, September 12 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
• Bible Study (12:15) – the Gospel of John

Tuesday, September 13 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

• Dominos, BUNCO, Banana Grams, Phase 10, Sequence and other games
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)
• Following lunch, we continue our regular game playing

Wednesday, September 14 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – CITY HALL ANNEX

• Exercise 10:45 to 11:30
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person (RSVP required)

• Line Dancing – 12:15

Thursday, September 15 – open from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm – BOLD SPRINGS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

• RSVP IS REQUIRED ON THURSDAYS FOR ACTIVITIES AND LUNCH
• Arts/crafts project for Fall – 10:00 During September we are working on Fall craft projects. The cost is $10 per person to help cover supply cost
• Games – 10:00
• Lunch (11:30) – cost $2 per person
• Art and games continue after lunch
